MOTORCYCLE RENTAL
IN UTAH
DONE RIGHT.

Utah offers some of the most extraordinary motorcycle riding on the planet β€” canyon roads, mountain passes, salt desert, red rock switchbacks, and everything in between. But until now, renting a quality bike here meant overpriced fleet motorcycles from dealers who treated you like a liability.

ZionRider connects you directly with Utah motorcycle owners who want their bikes ridden. You get a real, well-maintained machine at honest prices. They get their garage paying them back. Everyone wins β€” especially on SR-12 at dawn.

We are starting in southern Utah around Zion, with routes that reach Bryce, Capitol Reef, Moab and Salt Lake City.

Do I need a motorcycle license to rent in Utah?
Yes β€” Utah requires a Class M motorcycle endorsement (or a license from another state/country that includes motorcycle privileges). How riders show their license will be set before booking opens.
How does rental cover work?
Rental cover is being arranged and is not in place yet. The details will be published here before booking opens.
Can I pick up a motorcycle at SLC Airport?
Airport pickup is planned for launch. It is not available yet.
What's the best motorcycle type for Utah riding?
It depends on where you're going. Adventure bikes (BMW GS, Africa Twin, Triumph Scrambler) handle both pavement and light gravel for Moab and canyon routes. Cruisers are perfect for US-163 and the Salt Flats. Touring bikes suit multi-day Mighty 5 loops.
How far in advance should I book?
For summer weekends and peak season (May–October) near Moab, Zion, and Bryce Canyon, we recommend booking 2–3 weeks ahead. Off-season and weekday bookings in SLC and other cities are usually available with shorter notice.
Can I return the bike to a different location?
One-way rentals are not set up yet. We will say here if and when they are.
